FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING ON ANY $35 ONLINE PURCHASE

Free shipping by standard UPS ground shipping on any $35 online purchases to the 48 contiguous states. Merchandise total must reach $35 after all discounts are applied and before any taxes or (if expedited) shipping fees. Free UPS ground shipping offer is not a guarantee that the package will be delivered by any specific date and is subject to UPS terms, conditions, and availability. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Equipment is not eligible for 2-day shipping. Offer not valid on prior purchases or on orders going outside the contiguous 48 states or Washington D.C., including to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or Puerto Rico, or orders going to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO. Sally Beauty reserves the right to end or modify this promo at any time.

When will my order ship?

*Orders for in-stock merchandise will be processed as quickly as possible. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments and can be shipped from our stores as well as our DC’s. Sally Beauty cannot guarantee any specific processing time, and processing times may vary in the event of peak periods, natural disasters, or inclement weather.

Expedited Shipping Ordering Deadlines & Arrivals

This shipping method is available for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii addresses only. Expedited orders will be shipped via UPS. Orders will not be shipped on weekends or holidays. Orders may be delayed in the event of peak periods, natural disasters, or inclement weather.

2-Hour Delivery

2-Hour Delivery is a service we offer to deliver beauty from your local store as fast as possible-all through our shipping partners. The 2 Hour Delivery order cutoff time is based on your local store's closing time and other factors; you'll see that at checkout. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be delivered the following day. 

Hazardous Materials

The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) restricts air shipment of items containing hazardous materials that could contribute to a fire or other mishap on board an aircraft. Aerosol products in pressurized spray containers (e.g., hairspray, shaving cream, deodorant, some perfumes) and products containing flammable, volatile, or corrosive chemicals (e.g., aftershave, nail polish, nail polish removers) have this restricted status. SallyBeauty.com is committed to getting your products to you as fast as possible, in the safest and responsible way. This is why Ground Shipping is required for all such items. For your convenience, all products that fall under the ORM-D HAZMAT classification are so noted on the SallyBeauty.com website.

We cannot ship some aerosol, nail polishes, and alcohol-based products to Alaska or Hawaii. These products are considered hazardous materials and are required to be shipped by ground-only transport due to air transport restrictions and regulations. Please see above for more information.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain destinations are only serviced by select shipping methods. Depending on the shipping address you specify, you will only be offered shipping method options that are valid for that address type.

APO/FPO Military Addresses

Orders can be shipped to APO/FPO military addresses. However, please be aware of the following:

  • Not all items can be shipped to APO/FPO addresses.

  • Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Service.

  • Tracking details are available until delivered to the Military Post Office in New York or San Francisco.

 

Duties and Taxes for Canada Shipping, Serviced by Canada Post

For added convenience please visit www.Bellalox.com/CA. Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground.
Customs law requires that all applicable Duties and Taxes must be paid for shipments entering Canada. When you place an order with Sally Beauty, you authorize our customs broker to act as your agent with Customs and Revenue Canada to clear merchandise and process all duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are charged to your order at checkout.

Shipping options: At this time, all shipments to Canada are sent via UPS Worldship.

Items Purchased Online

Most items purchased on sallybeauty.com may be returned to our sallybeauty.com fulfillment center or to your local Sally Beauty Store. In general, your return should meet these guidelines:

  • Items should be returned in original condition and in original packaging including any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Items that are returned defaced or damaged are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

  • In the case of receiving a damaged item(s) or shipping back damages, please contact Customer Service prior to taking any actions.

  • Credit will always be issued to the same method of payment for which they were paid for.

  • Shipping is refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly, damaged, or defective.

  • Please include the packing list that came with your order in your return packaging or when you visit the store.

Exceptions to Regular Returns

Most items purchased on SallyBeauty.com can be returned for refund within 30 days of delivery to the sallybeauty.com fulfillment center, or to your local Sally Beauty store with a few exceptions:

  • Furniture and Salon Equipment:

    These items cannot be returned directly to the sallybeauty.com fulfillment center without prior authorization. Please call 1-800-444-7712 for more information on returning these items. Please note, a 20% restocking fee may be applied.

  • PayPal:

    Online orders where PayPal was used as the form of payment must be returned to the sallybeauty.com fulfillment center and cannot be returned or exchanged at a Sally Beauty store.

  • Online Only:

    Items available online only must be returned to our fulfillment center and cannot be returned to a store.

  • LaBella Koture Store Purchases:

    Merchandise purchased at a Sally Beauty store cannot be returned to the sallybeauty.com fulfillment center.

  • Hair Extensions, Body Jewelry and Piercing Implements, Clipper Blades and Other Blades, and Fashion Earrings:

    Due to health and hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns of these items.

  • Electrical Items and Shears:

    These may be returned to the sallybeauty.com fulfillment center within 30 days of delivery, or to a Sally Beauty store within 60 days of delivery. Please note, your packing list/receipt is needed for in-store returns.   • Promotional and Free Items:

    Promotional items and free items must be returned with the merchandise it was offered within order for a return to be processed. Promotional and free items are non-returnable by themselves.

Items Purchased In-Store

Sally Beauty Store Purchases in the United States:

In general, we will happily accept returned merchandise purchased at any of our United States store locations regardless of which store actually sold the item(s). Items purchased in-store cannot be returned by mail and the sender will not be issued a credit or refund.

Except for exceptions stated below, you must have an original receipt dated within 60 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. All refunds will be made to the original form of payment.

After 60 days or without a receipt, you will be offered an in-store merchandise credit in the form of a Merchandise Return Gift Card, for the lowest selling price of the item(s) returned within the last 60 days before return. Any item without a receipt over $250.00 may be subject to prior approval before a refund is given.

Exceptions to In-Store Returns

Most items purchased on SallyBeauty.com can be returned for refund within 30 days of delivery to the sallybeauty.com fulfillment center, or to your local Sally Beauty store with a few exceptions:

  • Furniture and Salon Equipment:

    Merchandise purchased at a Sally Beauty store cannot be returned by mail.

  • Electrical Items and Shears:

  • Clipper and Trimmer Sales are Final

    Clippers and trimmers are all sales final. Refunds or exchanges will only be issued on clippers and trimmers that are unused, in the original packaging and with a receipt purchased within the last 60 days.

 

Defective Appliance Return Instructions

Most items purchased on SallyBeauty.com can be returned for refund within 30 days of delivery to the sallybeauty.com fulfillment center, or to your local Sally Beauty store with a few exceptions:

  • Appliances purchased after 60 days with 1 year manufacturers warranty cannot be returned to stores. Visit your local Sally store for assistance on these exceptions.

  • You will need dated receipt of your purchase or a copy of credit card invoice or itemized bank statement to return product to manufacturer.

  • We can only replace appliances that are malfunctioning. If an appliance is working properly, it will be returned to the customer.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Merchandise shipped to the fulfillment center that fall within these return exceptions cannot be returned to sender and sender will not be issued a refund or credit.

 

Canada Return Policy

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. For all Canada returns, please call customer service at: 1-866-234-9442 and we will be happy to assist you.

 

Returning Your Item:

Please visit warranty claims for shipping information on an item under warranty.

Retain your tracking number as we will be unable to refund or replace your order without proof of delivery. Please allow 5-7 business days after your package has been delivered for return to be processed. This link cannot be used to return furniture or equipment items or items purchased in store. Merchandise shipped to the fulfillment center not purchased online cannot be returned to sender and sender will not be issued a refund or credit.
